Zeke Serebrowski LNHA

Zeke Serebrowski has been working at Centers Health Care since 2017. He transferred from sports retail in order to try and help make a difference in people’s lives. Zeke can most likely be found on the resident wings answering questions, addressing concerns and making new friends. When not spending time with his Centers family, Zeke is enjoying his other family, his wife and three children and also honing in on his skills as an amateur food critic in a New York eatery. Zeke is currently pursuing a Masters in Health Administration.

Knowledge is health.

For the absolute highest quality of care, Buffalo Center staffs medical providers on each unit who stay in constant communication with leadership throughout the day. Team collaboration is our forte, and this commitment helps us maintain an unbeatable continuum of care.

Our team also works hard to keep therapies as consistent as possible, tracking all communications through an advanced electronic medical record system. This ensures immediate transmission of information across the entire care network.

We are aware of the Governor’s new guidance regarding nursing home visitors. We are as excited as you are to welcome you all back to our facility but need to ensure that we do so safely and in keeping with the guidelines outlined in the Governor’s letter.

It is important to note that per the Governor’s guidelines we will not be permitted to open up to visitors until 5 days from the date of this notice at the earliest. In addition to this timing requirement, the Department of Health must also first approve our individualized reopening plan before allowing visitors.

We will be updating the website with more information as it becomes available. Please click here for the complete New York Sate guidelines.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
